Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party results provider. Mansfield Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
Our host may create routine server logs, including an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregate information to maintain the service and understand broad page use. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, if used, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles of individual visitors.
External Services
Links may lead to Mansfield offices, Massachusetts and Bristol County record portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services. The policy of the destination service controls information submitted there, including through sponsored search results provided by a third party.
Who Can Receive Data
Hosting and technical-support providers may process logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers can receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it or as otherwise permitted by law.
Data Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles maintained by Mansfield Residents Directory.

This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data a service holds. Massachusetts research identified record-specific privacy rules, including M.G.L. c.9A for the Address Confidentiality Program, rather than a verified comprehensive consumer-privacy statute for this purpose. Because we keep little data, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Massachusetts, Bristol County, or Mansfield custodians are outside our control and must be addressed with that custodian.
